Adventures at Atlantis

adventures can be risky, but very fun.
Adventure is worthwhile in itself~Amelia Earhart
I quickly zip through the trees as I try to scramble to my knees through the flowing water as I am having the time of my life.
It’s the march break in 2018 and my two brothers and I are ready to hit the Atlantis water park with my dad who was going to come with us, but my mom wanted to get a drink at the bar before she came.
When we were going out into the midst of the water park we were looking for good rides that didn't have too big lines, but there weren’t any. After going on a lot of fun rides we didn’t realize until later that you can make any ride even more fun if you are adventurous.
Jungle right below the leap of faith that there was no line for because it didn’t go as fast as the other slides. This didn't stop my little stop my little brother and I to go on it because we wanted to be adventurous and find a new fun slide. On the first time we went down it it wasn't that fun because we didn’t go that fast, but then we realized that the whole entire slide was covered by trees so no one could see what we did on the slide. This made us want to go on it again because we didn’t have to follow the rules of laying down on our backs, so my brother went down first and then it was my turn. I sat down on the warm water flowing between my legs and pushed of into the jungle, once I took the first turn I quickly scrambled to my knees and had the time of my life as I went up the side wall of the slide. Once we reached the end we stared at each other knowing that we needed to go and do out again. All of this wouldn’t of happened if my brother and I weren’t adventurous and figured out a way to make a decent ride the most fun ride.
Being adventurous can be risky at times, but its mainly going to be more fun than not being adventurous.
This essay got me even more excited to go to Atlantis this spring break, and nice theme on how being risky and adventurous is better than nothing

Your closing sentence really helped me develop your theme in the way that you can only have fun from taking risks. Great job!! ;)
