Edton was weary, he had been riding towards his allies to the west for six weeks now. He had watched as he had been betrayed by his won brother, and then had had to hastily begin his journey West, towards Gamlin Stonefist. Gamlin and Edton had served in the battle of Rhovanost together and had also occupied their own respective seats on the Northern Alliance, Gamlin and the other dwarves of Nogrand had left the Alliance shortly after the battle of Rhovanost, but Edton was sure that Gamlin would help. Edton had passed the gap of Rohan, but he was sure he had been recognized and dozens of mercenaries and bounty hunters were searching for him, he doubted they were very far behind him... But For now all he could do was push on, but what lay ahead of him couldn’t help but make him worry. The Troll Warens...

I learned long ago the importance of family, and quite frankly, since them I feel like nearly all of my gratitude in my life goes to them, specifically my parents. We’ve been through what feels like hell and back, although it’s only been a couple moves. But every thanksgiving since 2010 I’ve made sure t think them the most. At the age of six I moved to Switzerland, which would be my home for the next 5 years. I left most things behind in Minnesota, but my parents came with me, and as long as they were by my side, I could be happy. Switzerland ended up being one of the best experiences of my life. When I had to move to Connecticut when I was 11, it was hard, I had gotten so used to European life, that I had a bit of a culture shock after returning to my home country. The move to Connecticut was the hardest few months of my life, and it hurt, but I had my family by my side and as long as I had them, I was happy. After only being in Connecticut for two years we had to move again, and although the Connecticut/Massachusetts move was the easiest, it was still hard, and I still hated it, but my family was with me, and I got through it, in the end, when someone asks me where I’m from, I still can’t answer that question, but is I could say one thing, it’s wherever my family is.

How Tom grew more mature and braver after his Adventures

“He stepped forward to go to his punishment, the surprise, the gratitude, the adoration that shone upon him out of poor Becky’s eyes seemed pay enough for a hundred floggings. Inspired by the splendor of his own act, he took without an outcry the most merciless flaying that even Mr. Dobbins had ever administered; and also received with indifference the added cruelty of a command to remain two hours after school should be dismissed—for he knew who would wait for him outside till his captivity was done, and not count the tedious time as loss, either.”

-Excerpt From The Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain

In a summer in the 1840s, the small town of St Petersburg in Missouri, goes through so many scares and events. The laid back townsfolk witness a murder, three boys go missing, before coming back in the middle of their funerals, and finally, a boy and girl go issuing, this time unintentionally. But these events all have one thing in common, one boy, Tom Sawyer, is involved in all of these. In the book The Adventures of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain, Tom Sawyer, the protagonist, starts out as an immature conman who wants nothing else but trouble, but gradually, he matures and grows up, and in one summer ends up being a good kid.
