The Power of I

An exploration of some of the things I Love
I love being with friends and family. In these trying times I see that more than ever. I have taken advantage of the time I have with my friends and family and now I would give anything to get that back. I thought that some time off, a lot of Netflix and some video games would be no trouble, but I often end up finding myself thinking about my time at Fenn as the close comes closer and closer. Many friends who I have known for the past five years, I will never see again, that is a difficult thought that I have not and will not soon fully process or understand.
I love time outside. Now the idea of walking down to the park and shooting hoops or going on the swings seems a thing of the past. I wish I could go up to Maine, jump into a warm lake and swim without the concern of some crazy pandemic. I can’t wait until I can go outside without a mask, without the fear of Covid, but for now I will have to put up with what I have.
What is now is different and we will all have to learn to adjust and accept our new living.
I really liked reading this and thought that it flowed well. I also liked the ending to it. Nice job.

I like how you said you have to put up with what we have because we all can relate to that and it makes it so much better to read when it is relatable.

I really liked your concluding sentence and I also like your second paragraph where you talk a about how all of these things that we used to do on the the daily are things of the past. Nice job.

I like how you start the essay nice and friendly, but then it becomes a bit more sorrow and you talk about that we have to adjust to our lifestyle now. Good job

Nice job. I like how detailed the second paragraph is, and how well you conclude.

This piece is relatable to me, and I really liked the amount of detail in it, it really gives the story life. I like the end of the story, it’s not too long, but brief. I like the flow of this piece, nice job.

Good job. Although it looks a bit odd, from a writing viewpoint, I liked the way you split up your paragraphs.
